Israel and Iran unite in Thai crash aftermath
Officials from Israel and Iran put aside any political animosity today as they worked together to identify their dead nationals from Sunday’s plane crash on the Thai resort island of Phuket.
Iranians and Israelis were among the 89 people who died in the crash of the One-Two-Go Airlines flight, which was carrying 130 passengers and crew. Of those killed, 18 Iranians and six Israelis lost their lives.
