UN in €15m appeal for Sudan flood victims

The United Nations and its partners have today appealed for €15m in humanitarian aid for more than three million flood victims in Sudan.

The UN approved a grant of €6.4m from its emergency relief fund on August 17, but it said more was needed to help those affected by the floods and appealed to donors to help fill the gap.
