Five children found dead in western China

Five children were apparently suffocated and stabbed after being left alone in their grandparents’ home, Chinese state media and a police official said today.

A man was arrested yesterday in the western city of Wusu in the Xinjiang region, said the Wusu police commissioner, named only as Yang.
