Pair charged in US over 'suspicious device'
Two young Middle Eastern men arrested in South Carolina near a navy base after police found a suspicious item in their car were charged today with possession of an incendiary device, authorities said.
An investigation was under way to see if there was any terrorism connection, but no link had been found yet, FBI spokeswoman Denise Taiste said.
