UK floods: Police confirm body found is missing teenager

UK Police today confirmed a body found in flooded parkland at the weekend is that of missing teenager Mitchell Taylor.

The 19-year-old was last seen leaving a bar in Gloucestershire, in the early hours of Saturday July 21.
