The United States, Iran and Iraq have agreed to set up a security sub-committee to carry forward talks on restoring stability in Iraq, the American envoy said today.

US Ambassador Ryan Crocker made the announcement at the end of a second round of groundbreaking talks in the Iraqi capital Baghdad with his Iranian counterpart.
