Thieves add to misery for flood victims in the UK

Car thieves and flood sight-seers are becoming a major problem for the emergency services conducting rescue operations, police said tonight.

Police said many flood victims who had been forced to abandon their cars in south Worcestershire now faced further misery from opportunist thieves.
