Anti-Syrian MP Eido and son 'killed in Beirut blast'

A Lebanon TV station allied with anti-Syrian parties has reported that today's explosion in Beirut has killed anti-Syrian MP Walid Eido, his son and two bodyguards.

The explosion was the latest in a series to hit Lebanon in the last three weeks as Lebanese troops battled Islamic militants in a Palestinian refugee camp in the northern part of the country.
