Spanish anaesthetist jailed for injecting patients with hepatitis

A Spanish anaesthetist with hepatitis C was sentenced to nearly 2,000 years in prison today for infecting 275 people with the virus.

He helped himself to portions of morphine shots meant for patients, then injected the rest into them.
