Nine die in Iraq suicide blast

At least nine people were killed and 16 wounded when a suicide bomber attacked a police station in Iraq today.

The explosion occurred just in front of the station in a marketplace in Balad Ruz, a city in Diyala Province 45 miles north-east of Baghdad, a police officer said.
