Terror suspect wins freedom bid

A Moroccan accused of being linked to an al-Qaida cell and the September 11 terrorist attacks on America won a High Court bid for freedom in England today.

Lawyers for Farid Hilali, who has been in custody in British jails for over two-and-a-half years, were granted a writ of habeas corpus to obtain his release.
