Gunman sent video to NBC during rampage 'break'

The Virginia Tech gunman went to the post office and sent television network NBC a package midway through his murderous rampage.

The package contained photos and videos of Cho Seung-Hui brandishing guns and delivering a snarling, obscenity-laced tirade about rich “brats” and their “hedonistic needs”.
