Five Japanese youngsters in apparent suicide pact

Five Japanese youngsters have been found dead inside a sealed van in an apparent group suicide, authorities said today.

A passer-by discovered the bodies of the three men and two women, all believed to be in their 20s, slumped in the vehicle parked along the Yasu River in Shiga prefecture (state) this afternoon, according to local police official Takao Higuchi.
