UK urges peaceful end to sailors crisis

Britain’s Foreign Secretary today urged Iran to “peacefully” resolve the crisis over its capture of 15 British military personnel, and said London remains open to dialogue.

“We encourage Iran to peacefully resolve this issue,” Margaret Beckett said on the sidelines of a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Germany.
