A plea bargain will limit the sentence of Australian detainee David Hicks to a maximum of seven years in prison, a military judge at Guantanamo Bay said today.

The judge, Marine Corps Col. Ralph Kohlmann, revealed the terms of the agreement at a hearing today on whether to accept Hicks’ guilty plea to a terrorism-related charge.
