UK: Cannabis addict guilty of murdering two friends

A cannabis addict was found guilty today of murdering two teenaged friends in a frenzied knife attack in Wokingham, UK.

Days after repeatedly watching a movie about a serial killer, Tom Palmer (aged 20), butchered Steven Bayliss (aged 16), and Nuttawut Nadauld (aged 14), known as T-Wood, with a hunting knife on a leafy footpath near Wokingham, Berkshire.

Palmer, of Wokingham, admitted killing the boys in September 2005 but denied murdering them, claiming he was suffering an "abnormality of mind" at the time.

However, a jury at Reading Crown Court found Palmer, then 18, was responsible for his actions and was therefore guilty of murder.
