Baby sitter accused of dangling children in front of cars

A US baby sitter was arrested after police said she dangled two young children in front of passing cars and then tried to set their clothes on fire.

Michelle Tyler, 25, was arrested on Sunday at about 10pm after police in Covington, Louisiana responded to a call from a motorist that a woman was holding the children in front of passing cars in an attempt to have the vehicles hit them.
