Six feared dead after fishing boat capsizes
A fishing boat capsized in rough seas close to the Portuguese coast today, and rescue services said they feared six men had drowned.
A helicopter winched one man from the overturned boat as it was lashed against the shore by large waves near Nazare, a town 70 miles north of Lisbon.
He was taken to hospital suffering from hypothermia.
Divers located two bodies in the wreckage.
Rescue boats and a helicopter were searching for four other crew members of the Portuguese-registered boat.
However, after six hours of searching, officials said it was unlikely they had survived the cold sea.
