Spanish police today arrested two suspected members of an Islamic extremist group who are believed to have had a role in the Casablanca bombings of 2003.

Spanish police today arrested two suspected members of an Islamic extremist group who are believed to have had a role in the Casablanca bombings of 2003.

The two, a 43-year-old Moroccan with Belgian nationality and a 31-year-old Spaniard, were detained in Spain’s North African city enclave of Melilla, the Interior Ministry said in a statement.
