Fears of second N Korea nuclear test

Reports of a possible second North Korean nuclear test jolted Asia today while key powers considered punitive action against the communist nation for its first atomic blast.

US and South Korean geological monitors said they had not detected any new seismic activity in North Korea, and Japan’s prime minister said he had no confirmation of a second blast.
