Militant gets 15 years for Bali bombings
An Indonesian court sentenced an Islamic militant to 15 years in prison today for helping plan the 2005 bombings on the resort island of Bali that killed 20 people.
Anif Solchanudin, one of four men to stand trial for involvement in the attacks on three crowded restaurants, was also found guilty of hiding information about the whereabouts of south-east Asia’s most wanted terror suspect, said judge Daniel Palipin.
