Roadside bomb in Baghdad kills at least five

A roadside bomb explosion near a mobile phone shop in a busy commercial area of central Baghdad killed at least five people and wounded 17 today, police said.

The bomb detonated at about 11:15am near Tahrir Square in the centre of the city, police Lt. Ali Metaab said.
