Musharraf in Afghanistan for anti-terror talks
Pakistani President Gen. Pervez Musharraf arrived in Kabul today for talks with his Afghan counterpart on combating terrorism and improving security cooperation between the two nations, both key players in the US-led war on terror.
Musharraf landed at Kabul International Airport with a high-level Pakistani government delegation for two days of meetings with Afghan President Hamid Karzai.
The visit comes amid accusations by both countries that the other is doing too little to crack down on militants operating either side of their porous, mountainous frontier where al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden is believed to be hiding.
