Danish police arrest nine people in terror sweep

Police in central Denmark today arrested nine people suspected of plotting a terror attack, the intelligence service said.

Lars Findsen, head of the Danish Security Intelligence Service in Copenhagen, said the suspects “had acquired material ... to build explosives in connection with the preparation of a terror act”.
