Jordan confirm death of British tourist in Amman shooting

A British man was killed today when a Jordanian gunman shot at a group of foreign tourists visiting the Roman Amphitheatre in Jordan’s capital Amman.

Six others including two Britons and a Jordanian police officer were wounded, said Interior Minister Eid al-Fayez.
