Mexican presidential candidate 'will not recognise victory'

Leftist Mexican presidential candidate Manuel Andres Lopez Obrador HAS said he will never recognise a victory by ruling-party candidate Felipe Calderon and will declare himself as the alternative president.

He said his supporters will consider rewriting Mexico’s constitution, saying the country needs a "radical transformation".
