Freed JonBenet murder suspect seemed 'abnormal'

A senior police officer said today that John Mark Karr, who had confessed in Thailand to the killing of a six-year-old beauty queen in the US, seemed “abnormal".

But Lt. Gen. Suwat Tumrongsiskul, the key Thai official in the arrest and detention of Karr, refused to comment on charges being dropped against Karr in the slaying of JonBenet Ramsey. Prosecutors in Colorado abruptly dropped their case against him yesterday.
