A suspected suicide car bomb hit a US-led coalition convoy in eastern Afghanistan today, wounding an unknown number of soldiers.

The attack occurred in Khost province, 60 miles south-east of the capital Kabul, said military spokeswoman Lt. Tamara D. Lawrence. She said the military was still getting details of the attack.
