Six people killed as Russian train collides with bus
A train collided with a bus at a level crossing in a southern Russian region today, killing six people and injuring several others, an emergency official said.
The collision took place just before 6pm (3pm Irish time) south of the city of Voronezh, about 300 miles south of Moscow, said Irina Andrianova, a duty officer for the Emergency Situations Ministry. She said six passengers on the bus had been killed and there were other injuries, but she could not provide further details.
