Knifeman wounds 19 in Berlin rampage

A knife-wielding man went on a rampage in Germany and attacked pedestrians at random early today, wounding 19 people, four of them seriously, police said.

The 17-year-old attacker was arrested, a police spokesman told The Associated Press.
