A Nato military aeroplane crashed in Kosovo today, but two pilots onboard survived, Nato-led peacekeepers and police said.

The small military aircraft crashed in the village of Mazgit, some five miles north of the province’s capital, Pristina, and the main airport nearby, said Colonel Pio Sabetta, a spokesman for the Nato-led peacekeeping force, knows as KFOR.
