Japan is set to fingerprint and photograph all foreigners aged 16 or over entering the country under an anti-terrorism measure approved by parliament today.

Japan is set to fingerprint and photograph all foreigners aged 16 or over entering the country under an anti-terrorism measure approved by parliament today.

The measure also would oblige incoming aircraft and ship operators to provide passenger and crew lists before arriving.
