80% of Greek Cypriots think homosexuality is wrong

A strong 80% of Greek Cypriots think homosexual relationships are wrong, and more than half feel uncomfortable around gay people, a state-commissioned survey has found.

The survey, made public today, revealed that same sex relations were mostly opposed by elderly people living in rural areas.
