Gunman kills relative in hospital
A gunman shot and killed one person and injured two others at a hospital in Fernandina Beach, Florida, today, then killed himself at a school, officials said.
Nassau County Sheriff Tommy Seagraves said all three victims and the gunman were related and the shootings followed a domestic dispute. He did not elaborate.
The condition of the two wounded at Baptist Medical Centre-Nassau was not immediately known.
Both were transported to a hospital in Jacksonville, Seagraves said.
Officials told WJXT-TV there were no injuries at Emma Love Hardee Elementary School, which was put on lockdown, the station reported.
