France’s largest associations of university and secondary school students called more demonstrations tomorrow throughout France, despite the government’s decision to abandon the employment law that sparked their protests.

The FIDL grouping of high school students say they want to keep pressure on President Jacques Chirac while his government decides how to replace the law, which made it easier for companies to hire and fire youths.
