Italian authorities 'thwarted terror attacks'

Italy’s interior minister today said authorities had thwarted planned terrorist attacks.

The attacks were planned against a church in Bologna and Milan’s subway, news agency ANSA reported.

Giuseppe Pisanu spoke at a political rally in Sardinia.
