Spanish bus driver 'seven times legal alcohol limit'

Spanish police arrested a bus driver who was zigzagging on a road, using his cell phone and operating the vehicle with a blood-alcohol level seven times the legal limit while 40 passengers rode on board, officials said today.

The bus had left from Almeria in Spain’s far south-east corner and was bound for Brussels, Belgium, when police stopped it yesterday in central Ciudad Real province.
