Russia say Milosevic complained of 'inadequate treatment'
The Russian Foreign Ministry today said it had received Slobodan Milosevic’s letter complaining of inadequate treatment and asking for help in getting permission to undergo treatment in Moscow.
The letter was handed to the Russian Embassy in the Netherlands by Milosevic’s aides on Saturday and was received by the Russian Foreign Ministry yesterday, spokesman Mikhail Kamynin said in a statement.
“In this hand-written letter, Slobodan Milosevic speaks about an inadequate treatment conducted by doctors of the International Tribunal ... and is again asking for Russian support in getting permission for undergoing therapy at a medical facility in Moscow,” Kamynin said.
