British Prime Minister Tony Blair was today expected in Bratislava to meet his Slovak counterpart Mikulas Dzurinda for talks that should focus mostly on issues related to the European Union.

Tomorrow, the second day of his official visit, Blair will meet with President Ivan Gasparovic and will give a lecture on the future of Europe at Bratislava’s university, before leaving for Prague, Czech Republic, the Slovak government said.
