Iran calls on Muslim countries to support Hamas govt

Iran’s foreign minister today called on Muslim countries to give money to the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority after threats of funding cuts by the United States and Israel.

“We have the responsibility as Muslim countries to support our brothers in Palestine,” Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said during a visit to Indonesia, which has more Muslims than any other nation.
