Wartime Bosnian Serb army commander Ratko Mladic used fake names during his hospital treatment in Belgrade in the 1990s, the Serbian authorities said today, amid reports that the top war crimes fugitive may finally be arrested by the end of this month.

Serbia-Montenegro’s agency in charge with co-operation with the UN war crimes tribunal said that the document showing that Mladic used three different fake names while he was in hospital in Serbia between 1993-97 will be handed over to the court in The Hague, Netherlands.
