India and Pakistan to begin third round of peace talks
The dispute over Kashmir and measures to build confidence between nuclear-armed rivals India and Pakistan are expected to dominate talks when the third round of their sweeping peace process begins tomorrow.
The two countries’ foreign secretaries will lead the two-day talks in New Delhi, where they will review progress made at lower-level meetings and plot a course for future negotiations, said a Indian foreign ministry spokesman, Natvej Sarna.
