Pakistan deported a British citizen who was arrested last year for alleged links with terrorists, a lawyer said today.

Zeeshan Haider, a 25-year-old British national of Pakistani origin, left Peshawar late yesterday for Qatar on his way to Britain, said Musarat Hilali, a lawyer for Haider.
