Basque separatists claim responsibility for 21 explosions

The armed Basque separatist group Eta today claimed responsibility for 21 bombing attacks over the past two months.

It did so in a communique sent to the Basque pro-independence newspaper Gara, which often serves as a mouth piece for Eta.
