New research has shown that a daily dose of Vitamin D can dramatically lower the risk of developing common cancers, but it’s been given a cautious welcome by a cancer research charity in the UK.

Scientists in the US said that D3, the natural form of the vitamin, can halve the chances of getting breast, ovarian and colon cancer.
