Naked gunman caught with his socks on

A man wearing only socks was arrested along on a busy street in the United States after witnesses said he fired a gun at traffic.

Police charged Glenn Higgs, 44, of Germantown, Tennessee, with reckless endangerment, indecent exposure, firing a weapon in the city limits and public intoxication.
