The chief judge in the Saddam Hussein trial today adjourned the session until next Monday, December 5, to allow time to find replacements for two defence lawyers who were murdered and another who fled the country after he was wounded.

Chief Judge Rizgar Mohammed Amin issued the order after the court reconvened following a lunch break as the trial resumed after a five-week break.
