Two Palestinians killed in West Bank ambush
Two Palestinian militants were killed in an ambush today when their car was riddled with gunfire in the West Bank town of Jenin, Palestinian witnesses said.
The two militants were driving through Jenin when four gunmen jumped out of a car that had been parked for several hours and shot the men, the witnesses said.
The Israeli army had no immediate comment.
Palestinian security sources identified the men as Mohammed Zaid, 18, and Ahmed Abahri, 18, militants with the Al Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, a militia affiliated with the ruling Fatah party.
