German police investigate threat to poison Lake Constance

Police in southern Germany found several suspect containers in Lake Constance and were investigating a threat to poison the waters, authorities said today.

A letter, received by the agency that manages the lake, which is shared between Germany, ustria and Switzerland, was received on October 18 and threatened to dump pesticides into the water.
