Second blast reported in New Delhi

Witnesses have reported a second explosion in New Delhi after at least 10 people died in a powerful blast that rocked the centre of the city today.

At least 40 people were injured and taken to hospital after the explosion in the crowded Paharganj neighbourhood of the Indian capital, New Delhi Television said.
